Award Writers is part of Proof Communications, a leading B2B content writing agency based in Sydney and working with clients right across Australia.

The team at Proof Communications comprises award writers, tender writers, and copywriters, copy editors and proof readers of proposals, capability statements, case studies, blogs and articles, brochures, reports and website copy for SMEs and large businesses.

The organisations we work with are among Australia’s most well-known, including listed companies and local governments; up-and-coming entrepreneurial businesses that are revolutionising their industries; and well-established professional services firms.

Rosemary Gillespie began her love affair with copywriting, editing and proofreading when working at the BBC in London. Yet it was a few years later, when she was working in the marketing department of a large European business, that Rosemary discovered her eye for detail that marks out her abilities as a marketing copywriter, editor and proofreader.

Rosemary’s copywriting career flourished, and led her around Europe, back to the UK, and eventually, to Australia. Here, she became a tender writer for a global consulting business and later for a top tier law firm before deciding to launch her own business in 2000.

Today, Rosemary works with services and professional businesses of all sizes – consulting on and writing winning award entries, tenders and proposals, as well as copywriting, editing and proofreading their B2B articles, brochures, pitches, marketing materials and annual reports.

sue_jacksonIt was after qualifying as a lawyer that Sue Jackson realised she preferred writing corporate communications to drafting legal documents. Fortunately for Proof Communications’ clients, Sue transferred her thinking and analytic abilities into writing award submissions and nominations for our clients.

Sue’s written many successful nominations for prestigious awards, including the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
